Some projects are ours. On others we come in as the creative and production partner.
Either way we care about the whole project, not single line items in a production budget. We take on the idea, the people around it, and whether the thing actually works.
From an idea to something that actually works.
How we workWe can be there from the very first idea, but we don’t have to be. Come to us with a problem, a rough idea, a finished concept, or a project that needs someone to take it over and see it through. We step in wherever the project needs us.
We get to grips with what should exist and where the project stands today: what already works, what needs more work and what’s missing. If the concept is good, we don’t reinvent it.
We work out what and who the project needs, then build it: budget, people, partners, venue, communication and delivery.
We take responsibility for the whole. The result is not just a well-produced event, but a project that makes sense to people, to the brand and to the space.
We build the team around the project, not the project around the team.
We came up through restaurants and live operations. So we don’t only think about how a project looks, but also how people move through it, how they feel and whether the whole thing holds up day to day.
Every project needs something different. So we assemble the people, partners and solutions that fit it best.
The whole thing stays our responsibility. You don’t have to work out who exactly does which part. You deal with us, and we design, build and lead the project at the quality we agreed.

We can be there from the first idea, or take over a project that already knows where it’s going. The stage you come to us at matters less than what happens next: we get to the heart of what you want, sharpen the concept, recommend the way forward and bring in the people and partners it needs.
Then we lead production and make it real. We’re not a line item in someone else’s budget. We answer for the whole thing.
Kreativně labilní’s own projects.
We’re working on a big festival of our own, for thousands of people, built around play, people and the culture that grows up around it.
That’s all we’re saying for now. When the time comes, you’ll hear it from us.
A place of our own in Prague. In the works.
A café, a place to meet and an event space with its own programme. Also the production base for Kreativně labilní, where we test new formats before building them at scale.
